Basic

The most widely used basic type of motor pump from Orbis.

Features

• Completely no leakage. Integrated design for the pump and motor eliminate the need for any mechanicals. Also, the shaft is internal, making it completely leak-free.
• O.R.G (Rotary Gardian) It monitors forward and reverse rotation and displays the wear condition of the bearings, making maintenance and repairs easier.
• Standardized and uniform components Interchangeable with the standard type (ONP type) and compatible with a wide range of model configurations thanks to standardized and uniform parts. This allows the user to select the appropriate model.
• Compact design Pump motor is integrated and does not require a large space for installation.
• Pressure-resistant explosion-proof structure Safe to use with highly explosive and flammable hazardous materials. (d2G3, 4)
• Standard spec flange Easy to install without plumbing thanks to standard spec flanges.
• Low noise and vibration Motor does not have a cooling fan, which reduces noise and keeps vibration relatively small.

ORG (operational monitoring device) is a protection device developed to externally detect mechanical malfunctions of the rotor caused by axle wear and shaft eccentricity of an Orbis motor pump. Assembling the ORG into the pump helps prevent accidents such as damage to the stator can and burnout of the motor due to axle wear, which previously could not be prevented. It also plays a role in preventive maintenance and improving reliability of the pump as well as the system.
